A A lot of leads is a great thing. But how do you really link your interesting product to equally interested customers?
Some products are often bought without prior preparation. A new car, for instance, will generally not be an impulsive purchase. Dissemination of lots of brochures and test-driving is involved in the process that results in an actual purchase. And why not? Brands often transmit the message that anyone can take a car for a spin, with no strings attached.
For the car dealer, the 'no strings attached' is worn out expression. All leads that never become hot prospects cost time and money. That's why M+ works together with car dealers, using a custom-made lead management system. It filters the hot prospects from the rest of the requests arriving from the web, telephone lines and reply cards.
We take over the whole process, from the initial selection to calling the prospects and supplying the dealers with qualified leads. And only qualified leads, so that proper action may be taken. The dealer no longer has to deal with unfiltered information. We manage all of this without ever giving the customer the impression that he has something to prove.
