Telecom Provider

A Telecom provider wanted a tool which could provide them with realtime insight into the response obtained by its “retain campaign”, which included several marketing- and sales channels, e.g. Direct Mail, Text Messaging, e-mail, webshop, their retailchannel and a call center. Furthermore the data obtained at the retailchannel needed to be converted into secured digital data .

The M+ solution:

  • Creating and managing a campaigntool on behalf of retaining the “prepaid”-users. Here you’ll find some examples of the several activities of the campaigntool:
    • at the kick off of the campaign all prepaid-users and their offer were made available to all users in a main database;
    • By sending an e-mail out of the Intranet application a process was started which enabled a clients offer to be sent by fax to a retail shop;
    • When the client signed the fax and a transaction was made, the transaction including all data was entried in to the database by data entry;
    • Response by text messaging, webshop or call center was added tot the database by file exchange (importing and exporting data);
    • On a regular basis reports were sent;
    • High level graphic reports could be disclosed in realtime by a closed circuited web application.

 

The result: 

  • Up-to-date Information: realtime reporting (webbased).

  • Control: the results of the retain campaign could be followed by all people involved.
